Mark Young is a personal injury trial lawyer, representing injured people and their families, with more than 30 years of experience. A graduate of Marquette University Law School, he has been practicing law since 1976 and has a degree in chemical engineering from the University of Illinois. A shareholder since he joined the firm in 1985, he has served as one of the managing attorneys for the firm’s Milwaukee office. Mr. Young handles all types of personal injury cases, but has specialized experience with cases involving technical, scientific or engineering matters, such as automobile accident reconstruction, automotive safety (e.g., airbags, seats, seatbelts, body integrity), product liability, and construction and workplace methods and equipment. He is board certified in civil trial advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and for eleven years taught Advanced Trial Practice as an adjunct professor of law at Marquette University Law School in Milwaukee. He has lectured and authored on the subjects of trial practice and technique, civil procedure and evidence. He has been a member of the Board of Governors of the State Bar of Wisconsin and has served a co-chair of the Jury Instruction Committee of Wisconsin Academy for Justice. He is an officer and associate member of the Wisconsin Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates, is listed in "Best Lawyers in America," and in 2006 was selected as one of the top 50 lawyers in Wisconsin in Milwaukee Magazine's "Super Lawyers" edition.

Mark also is involved in the Milwaukee community. He is a member of the Board of Directors of ABCD: After Breast Cancer Diagnosis, which provides free one-to-one counseling to individuals and their families diagnosed with or affected by breast cancer throughout the Midwest. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Alliance Française de Milwaukee, which promotes French culture and events in Milwaukee.
