Catherine Tully was invited to join the Habush law firm in 1983
after defending a deposition against Bob Habush. She
became a shareholder at the firm in 1984. While at the
Habush firm, Ms. Tully has represented injured people
in over 25 verdicts or Results exceeding $1 million
in products liability, medical malpractice and personal
injury cases. Before joining Habush she was the first
woman hired for civil defense work in Milwaukee and
represented the plaintiffs at the first Patients Compensation
Panel hearing in Wisconsin. She argued successfully
before the Wisconsin Supreme Court in Stappas v. Kagen,
109 Wis. 2d 528 (1982).
Ms. Tully works on cases in Milwaukee, Waukesha, Lake Geneva, Kenosha and Racine involving all types of personal injury. In addition to her trial work, she is acting chair of the case management software subcommittee at Habush Habush and Rottier.
Ms. Tully has long been an active volunteer at the
various schools her children have/are attending including
Elm Creative Art School and Roosevelt Middle School
in Milwaukee, Divine Savior Holy Angels High School,
Marquette University High School; active in Trinity
Irish Dance Academy; and various soccer and Little
League clubs. She is a member of All Saints Catholic
Church and a founding member of M.I.C.A.H. (Milwaukee
Inner-City Congregations Allied for Hope), an organization
which promotes justice in the Central City of Milwaukee.
