Several charges were recently filed against a Milwaukee driver after he caused an accident in Cedarburg that left two people with injuries, a report of TMJ 4 stated on June 28.

According to reports, driver Kunle Famakinwa, 37, is facing reckless driving resulting in injury charges after striking two pedestrians with his car on June 26. Famakinwa initially resisted responding to commands by the authorities to step out of his vehicle. Famakinwa is also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia after authorities recovered a substantial quantity of marijuana inside his vehicle. Authorities are still determining whether Famakinwa was under the influence of intoxicants before the accident took place. The mother and daughter injured by Famakinwa’s vehicle reportedly sustained broken ribs and neck injuries. Authorities did not release the identities of the two pedestrians.
