A man from South Milwaukee arrested in Racine is facing multiple charges, including driving while under the influence of intoxicants, The Journal Times reported on July 5.
Reports said the charges saddling 31-year-old Brandon Holtz include OWI and misdemeanor driving with a revoked driver’s license. A July 1 complaint revealed that Holtz was driving at the excessive speed of 90 mph on Interstate 94; the road has a speed limit of 70 mph. Holtz failed to stop immediately after officers turned on their emergency lights, but pulled over on 7 Mile Road. If convicted, this intoxicated driving experience will be the cause of Holtz’s 5th OWI. His scheduled court hearing will occur on July 13.
