The dog bit the woman at Atwood Avenue, on Saturday, July 10th, according to Public Health Madison-Dane County. The person walking the dog was a white woman with brown hair, between 35 and 45-years-old. The woman was also walking a golden retriever puppy. Both dogs were on leashes.
