Miniland Educational has recalled over 2,000 plush toys due to choking hazard

Miniland Educational issued a recall for about 2,000 plush toys after it was revealed that it violated standards set by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) due to a button’s ability to detach and cause a choking hazard. Around 100 additional products were sold in Canada.

Description:  18 ½ inches, Moogy plush toy has a blue and green face, red ears, a blue jacket with a red zipper, pink and red striped pants, and pink and orange shoes with polka dots.

What you can do:

  • Immediately stop letting children use the recalled plush toys and contact Miniland Educational for instructions on how to cut off the button to remove the hazard, and receive a full refund.
