Kroger frozen vegetables added to previously announced recall

Posted on July 18, 2016 2:30 pm under Food Defects

Pictsweet was informed of a CRF Frozen Foods recall of all lots of green beans and green peas supplied to them, on May 5th. The initial recall was done because of a chance of the products containing Listeria monocytogenes (Lm), which can affect food and cause illnesses with a range in severity, leaving newborns, the elderly, and people with weakened immune systems at a high risk.

Brand: Kroger Vegetable Soup Mix
Outlets: Fry’s, King Soopers, City Market, Ralphs, Food 4 Less, Smith’s, QFC, and Fred Meyer
