WisDOT issues a warning to stop driving while playing phone games

Over several weeks, more and more people have become involved with “Pokemon Go!”, an Augmented Reality game that has players walk around and find cartoon characters known as Pokemon. It remains one of the most popular apps for both Apple and Android devices.

The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) has needed to warn drivers about distractions in relation to the game; digital signs erected to inform drivers about drive times and construction have been re-purposed to remind drivers to “Drive now, catch Pokemon later.”

If you or someone you love has been injured in a car accident that was caused by distracted driving, a legal solution may be available to help ease your financial suffering.
