Twenty-one-year-old Jackson, Wisconsin resident Dylan Hodgson will face a sentence of up to 100 years in prison if he is convicted of all his charges in connection to a collision that he caused on State Highway 60. The multi-vehicle crash in Washington County resulted in the death of 60-year-old Cynthia Patrick on Tuesday, July 19.
Hodgson was charged on Monday, July 25 with three counts of first-degree recklessly endangering safety and one count of first-degree reckless homicide. An eyewitness, Patrick Schnabel, said he was at home when the accident happened, and he saw Patrick’s minivan as it neared his house’s window. Patrick died as a result of her mortal injuries as she was being airlifted via Flight for Life to Froedtert Hospital in Wauwatosa.
