Drug-inhibited teen sexually assaulted in home

Posted on August 20, 2016 1:02 pm under Sexual Assault

A 17-year-old was sexually assaulted the night of July 7 by four men, three of which were already registered sex offenders, after being given drugs, which included weed and Ecstasy.

All four men were taken into custody following the criminal complaint, according to the sheriff’s office. The of the accused men actively live in the house where the assault took place, one admitting to the crime and placing equal guilt on his three accomplices. He also said that he did not personally know the girl and that he and the others “acted like they thought this was a game,” and “tossed her around like a rag doll.”

All four were in court on Thursday, July 28 for second-degree sexual assault charges as well as some additional charges for one of the men.

No one should have to face losing peace of mind, which often comes as a side effect of sexual assault. To regain some of your confidence back and to fight for compensation, contact an attorney with Habush Habush & Rottier S.C. ® at (414) 271-0900 immediately.
