Recall: Swarovski Pendant Light Fixtures

As of August 31, 2016, Swarovski Lighting Ltd., of Plattsburgh, N.Y. recalled Swarovski Octa Crystal Pendant light fixtures due to impact danger.

Product Description: The product comes in either single or three pendant fixtures, all black and white. Each pendant is six inches by three inches by three inches and hangs from a 59-inch cord. The affected model numbers are A9950NR700126, A9950NR700127, A9950NR700130, or A9950NR700131 and one of these numbers will be printed alongside the product label. Products were sold at Capitol Lighting, Farrey’s Lighting and Bath, Lighting Palace, New York Lighting and other lighting showroom retailers and online at www.1800lighting.com, www.ylighting.com and www.lumens.com from January 2010 through January 2016.

To date, there are 10 reports of the crystal separating from the light fixture and falling. No report of injuries has been received. People should avoid walking under the fixtures. For a free inspection and product replacement, contact Swarovski.
