Information coming from the Racine Police Department revealed they were notified of an accident at 5:53 p.m., in the 200 block of Ohio Street. The victim was identified as a 7-year-old who suffered injuries after being struck by a vehicle. The child was later airlifted to a medical facility in Froedtert. As of reporting, authorities have not released any updates regarding the toddler’s condition. Police believe the incident was not criminal in nature, though they are still investigating the crash.
