A rollover crash in the Town of Dodgeville, Iowa County, injured one person, who was flown via Med Flight to a Madison hospital.

In a report released by the Iowa County Sheriff’s Office, it was revealed that the collision occurred along Korback Road around 6 p.m. on Sunday, September 18. The driver of the vehicle, 58-year-old John Meyerhofer was free of the vehicle when the police arrived, but his injured passenger, 48-year-old Dena Ranum, was trapped in the car.

It became quickly apparent that alcohol was a factor in the cause of the accident and that Meyerhofer has been detained for his first offense OWI.
