by Administrator 17. November 2008 08:11
General Motors has issued a recall of over 12,600 Cadillacs because of airbag failures. It is believed that the airbag-sensing systems on the passenger side of the car do not function properly. The problem is so serious that a front-passenger airbag might be deployed when it is not needed and might not be deployed when it is needed. The specific model that has been recalled is the Cadillac MY2009 CTS. Airbag failures to operate can be injurious, harmful, or fatal. If you or someone you know has been a victim of an airbag failure, contact the personal injury attorneys of Habush, Habush, & Rottier by calling 1-800-242-7205 or by going to their website.

BMW Recalls 150,000 Vehicles

by Administrator 18. August 2008 10:08
BMW has recently announced that it will recall 150,000 vehicles due to a potential airbag defect. According to BMW sources, the defect may prevent the front passenger airbag to operate during a collision. Specifically, the problem has been found in the front passenger airbag seat sensor mat that was installed in a variety of BMW's 2004 through 2006 models in the U.S. and Canadian markets. A report from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) stated that the airbags might not deploy "even if a sufficiently severe accident would occur." The BMW vehicles involved in the recall include the 2006 3-Series, the 2004-2006 5-Series, and the 2004-2006 X3 Series. BMW reports that it will be sending out letters to its customers beginning in September. If your a loved one has been injured due to a negligently manufactured airbag, contact the Milwaukee defective airbag lawyers of Williams Kherkher by calling 1-800-242-7205.

The Infiniti EX was introduced in December of 2007 to compete with BMW's X3 and Honda's Acura RDX. They sold a total of 305 models in 2007. The recall covers 2008 EX-35 models as well as some of the 2009 Muranos.
