Two men driving separate vehicles have been charged with the death of a 25-year-old woman early Feb. 20 in a hit-and-run drunken driving accident. The woman was a passenger in the vehicle driven by her boyfriend, who was drunk at the time, police said. It went through a stop sign and was struck by another vehicle. The woman died from injuries suffered in the crash. Neither driver had a valid driver's license, authorities said.

The woman's boyfriend has been charged with homicide by intoxicated use of a motor vehicle, homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle-prohibited blood alcohol content and driving after license revocation, causing death. The other driver has been charged with fleeing the scene of an accident resulting in death and driving after license revocation, causing death.
