We’re please to announce that Attorney Chris Duesing of our Lake Geneva location has been recognized as one of Wisconsin’s Top 50 Attorneys in 2025. This distinction is awarded by Super Lawyers, an independent rating service that highlights lawyers who have earned a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. The selection process includes peer nominations, independent research, and evaluation by a panel of experts — ensuring that only the most accomplished and respected attorneys are recognized.

Chris Duesing combines legal expertise with a strong commitment to serving clients and his community. Chris has been named a Super Lawyer for 15 years and brings extensive experience advocating for individuals in personal injury cases. We asked Chris a few questions to learn more about his practice and gain insight on how to find the right personal injury.

Chris Duesing in the community.

You serve on the Board of the Geneva Lakes Family YMCA and volunteer with multiple local organizations. How does community involvement influence the way you represent individuals in your region?

I am truly grateful for the opportunities to serve in these roles because they have given me a deeper connection with the community in which I practice. Volunteering gives me a chance to interact with and help people in environments outside of a law office or courtroom. These opportunities give me a much better perspective and appreciation for the different challenges that people face in life. In turn, these experiences strengthen my sense of empathy and compassion, both of which are essential qualities for attorneys representing people who have been injured due to the carelessness of others.

What advice would you give someone looking for the right personal injury lawyer for their case?

There are three basic things I would advise people to look for in hiring an attorney for their personal injury case.
First, I would advise finding an attorney who specializes in personal injury law and has experience in handling these cases. An experienced attorney practicing exclusively in the field of personal injury will be better equipped to handle all phases of the case effectively – from the early stages of investigation through trial.
