Benjamin Schwarz is an associate with the firm. His practice focuses on personal injury matters. He practices out of the Kenosha and Racine offices.
Ben was raised in Lake Bluff, IL and did his undergraduate at Edgewood College in Madison, WI where he received his B.S. in Criminal Justice. He graduated from Law School at the University of Wisconsin – Madison. During law school he participated in numerous legal clinics including the Oxford Federal project, the Criminal Appeals Project and the Public Defender Project. He also volunteered for Madison’s Domestic Abuse Intervention Services and for the Wills for Heroes program.
After interning at the Kenosha office of the State Public Defender during law school he started his career there. During his tenure, Ben gained extensive knowledge, including trial experience.
Ben now resides in Kenosha where he enjoys living by the lake and taking in all the amenities Kenosha offers such as the Marbor Market farmers market, and the lakefront and beaches. He enjoys the outdoors, hiking, biking, kayaking, and camping. He is currently foster dogs with the Wisconsin Humane Society and has a passion for cooking and baking.
