A woman died hours after visiting the first aid station of an Arizona water park complaining of nausea and memory loss following a collision involving her head and the side of a water park.
The woman was taken from the water park to a nearby hospital. While at the hospital, she was treated for a blood clot in her brain. The clot is thought to have been from hitting her head on the hospital slide.
Later that night, the woman was pronounced dead. The medical examiner ruled the death as an accidental blunt force trauma to the head. It is not known which slides she rode at the water park.
