GM Recalls 1000s of Cadillacs because of Airbag Defects

General Motors has issued a recall of over 12,600 Cadillacs because of airbag failures. It is believed that the airbag-sensing systems on the passenger side of the car do not function properly. The problem is so serious that a front-passenger airbag might be deployed when it is not needed and might not be deployed when it is needed. The specific model that has been recalled is the Cadillac MY2009 CTS.

Airbag failures to operate can be injurious, harmful, or fatal. If you or someone you know has been a victim of an airbag failure, contact the personal injury attorneys of Habush Habush & Rottier S.C. ® by calling (414) 271-0900 or by going to their website.
