Homicide Charges in Fatal Crash

Posted on June 29, 2009 6:19 am under Car Accidents

Homicide charges are sought in a recent accident that was caused when an arguing couple struck two vehicles around them on the road.   While arguing in their vehicle,  the driver lost control of the car.  The car then hit an SUV and a motorcycle that was driving near them on United States Highway 45.

The driver and passenger who caused the accident were injured after their vehicle rolled over several times.  The two individuals were  taken to a hospital and were treated for their injuries.  Unfortunately,  the motorcyclist that they hit was killed after being ejected from the motorcycle and falling off a bridge.
