Human error is said to have caused an explosion at a Columbus packaging plant.   According to reports,  a worker was working in a hazardous area with a grinder.  While using the grinder,  sparks from the grinder causes vapors that had built up in the area to explode.  This explosion fatally injured the worker and killed him at the scene of the accident.

The accident is currently under investigation and more detail should be released at a later time.  The explosion has caused over an estimated $1 million dollars in damages to the facility.
