Two men driving separate vehicles have been charged with the death of a 25-year-old woman early Feb. 20 in a hit-and-run drunken driving accident. The woman died from injuries suffered in the crash. Neither driver had a valid driver's license, authorities said.

The woman's boyfriend has been charged with homicide by intoxicated use of a motor vehicle, homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle-prohibited blood alcohol content and driving after license revocation, causing death.
