Three people were injured when a Green Bay, Wis., woman backed into traffic Tuesday evening, authorities said. Police reported that a woman driving a sport utility vehicle was arguing with her daughter. The SUV slowed, authorities said, and the teen girl got out of the vehicle. The SUV then backed into traffic and was rear-ended by another vehicle, police said.
Two people from the SUV and the driver of the other vehicle were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, authorities said. Police said alcohol does not appear to be a factor in the crash. The southbound lanes of the highway were shut down for about an hour while police investigated the accident.
