Milwaukee Police are investigating a rollover car accident on the city’s north side.
According to officials with the Milwaukee Police Department, the crash occurred shortly before 7:30 a.m. Monday at the corner of North 60th Street and West Good Hope Road. Police say the vehicle struck a utility pole, and went off the side of the roadway.
According to a police sergeant, injuries suffered in the crash were not believed to be life-threatening. An ambulance was not called to the location of the crash.
The utility pole sustained heavy damage in the crash, and power lines were affected, police say. Part of 60th Street was shut down as response crews cleaned up the crash, and worked on the power lines.
