An auto accident involving a semi truck left 1 injured and 1 killed on December 18. The two victims, Jack Moro and Holly Stahl, both 19, were driving on Interstate Highway 90 when their vehicle clipped a semi truck that was changing lanes. The semi truck driver was not injured.

Following the collision, the victims’ vehicle left the road and traveled into the highway median. Both were taken to Hess Memorial Hospital in Mauston, Wisconsin for treatment. Moro, a football player for St. Cloud State University, was treated for minor injuries and later released. Stahl, a student at the University of Minnesota, later died in the hopsital from serious injuries.

Our thoughts are with the victims and their families.
