Milwaukee woman, Nannette Polezynski, was arrested on November 2 for her involvement in a recent hit-and-run accident.

According to a report, Polezynski, 48, was charged with great bodily harm after hitting 58-year-old David Konczal. Konczal, who was about to cross the street to give assistance to his wife, was reportedly thrown into the air after Polezynski struck him with her car.

Konczal sustained multiple injuries from the crash. Polezynski alleges that she cannot remember the accident because her low blood sugar level caused her to black out. If she is found guilty, Polezynski could face 15 years in prison.

Bodily damage caused by car accidents can result in serious hospital expenses and extended recovery time. If you have been the victim of a serious car accident in the Milwaukee area, contact Habush Habush & Rottier S.C. ® at (414) 271-0900 to find out how we can assist you.
