On November 10, a sexual offender was sentenced to jail for sexually assaulting at least five children in various instances beginning two decades ago, Channel3000 reported.

Adams County resident Joey Hicks, 49, was sentenced to 75 years of imprisonment. Criminal documents showed that Hicks sexually assaulted one of the five female victims over 100 times. The first case reportedly occurred in 1989. Judge John Roemer described Hicks as a “psychopath” and a “narcissist.” Hicks was found guilty of multiple sexual-related charges last April in Adams County court.
