Approximately 143,000 Circo Night Lights are being recalled by Target after complaints of overheating batteries were reported, which may pose a fire hazard, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) reported on July 21.

Six night light collections are included in the recall: Hedgehog (060-02-1397), Bird (060-02-1398), Rocket (060-02-1399), Dino Egg (060-02-1400), Soccer Ball (060-02-1401), and Shark (060-02-1402). The defective products were sold at different Target stores nationwide between October 2014 and May 2015.

Consumers are advised to unplug the defective lighting fixture and return it to any Target outlet for a refund.
