Authorities in Racine County recently apprehended a man who was suspected of driving a vehicle while drunk, an article from FOX 6 reported on July 1.
A criminal complaint revealed that on June 29, authorities stopped the vehicle after receiving a report regarding a reckless driver spotted in the Town of Yorkville. A responding deputy noticed several signs of intoxication from Miller, 56, and his blood alcohol content at the time was 0.19–over twice the legal driving limit. Though Miller stated that he was not involved in any accident before he was stopped, the deputy noticed scratches on Miller’s vehicle.
