Western Wisconsin side collision kills two

A side collision between a school bus and a car that happened in Western Wisconsin Saturday afternoon, August 20, left two people dead, according to a report by CBS Minnesota.

At around 2:35 p.m., the bus carrying Spooner High School volleyball team was driving near the intersection of Highway 63 and County Road B when it collided with a car heading west on County Road B. According to the authorities, the car heading west failed to stop, causing the fatal side crash.

The Sheriff’s Office said the driver and an occupant of the car were killed in the crash. On the other hand, a third occupant was immediately rushed to a hospital due after sustaining critical injuries.

Meanwhile, all occupants of the school bus sustained minor injuries after the bus plunged into a gutter.
