New York-based MiWorld Accessories LLC is recalling about 3,200 Charlotte Russe USB Cord & Wall Chargers for iPhone 5/5S after learning that the chargers may overheat and pose a fire safety risk, according to a report by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) on Tuesday, September 1.

Defective products have style numbers CRGT-003 or CRGT-004 found on the package’s UPC sticker. The words “Charlotte Russe” and “USB Cord & Wall Charger for iPhone 5/5S” can also be found on the product’s packaging. To date, the company has received one report of fire associated with the issue.

Customers are asked to stop using the product immediately, and to contact the company for a complete refund.
