The Milwaukee Jewish Federation, together with the Harry & Rose Samson Family Jewish Community Center and Marquette Law School, are hosting an event at which attorney Bob Habush and the author of his recent biography, Kurt Chandler, will discuss the new book, Courtroom Avenger: The Challenges and Triumphs of Robert Habush.

The book provides a detailed look into Mr. Habush’s past, including some of his most prominent trial cases and victories. The author, Mr. Chandler, is the editor of Milwaukee Magazine, and his resume includes multiple esteemed publications, such as The New York Times and Advertising Age.

Many have praised the book and Mr. Habush. Jim Doyle, former Governor and Attorney General of Wisconsin, called Mr. Habush’s life story “a validation for those like me who believe the law is a noble profession.” He goes on to laud Mr. Habush as “the kind of lawyer that draws other lawyers to the courthouse to watch and learn.”

The event will take place at the Milwaukee Jewish Federation on Wednesday, October 14 from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. It is open to the public and will be free to attend. To RSVP, you can call (414) 390-5741, email AshleighL@MilwaukeeJewish.org, or register at www.milwaukeejewish.org/events/habush.
