Last Tuesday, September 29, two unnamed men suffered severe burns after a plant explosion at Kings Valley Agronomy in Osseo, Wisconsin.
Captain Kirk Gunderson of the Osseo Rural Fire Department reported that the two workers were injured and airlifted to a nearby hospital. The police believe that the victims were running a gas line to a corn dryer when the incident happened.
Authorities confirm that the explosion resulted from the gas line connecting to the main feed, but reports stated that it remains unknown whether the explosion specifically occurred in repaired or newly installed lines.
In an interview with News 18, Capt. Gunderson said that the company is still in operation and would be completely operational soon. The police are working on an estimate of all damages and are not discussing the incident as of the present time.
