Fitchburg crash injures three

Posted on November 11, 2015 2:45 pm under Car Accidents

At around 7:30 a.m. on November 3, a crash between a pick-up truck and a farm tractor on County Highway M in the Fitchburg suburb of Madison left three people injured.

Reports showed that the farm tractor, which was pulling a trailer at the time, was trying to make a left turn onto a private driveway when the pick-up truck hit the tractor driver’s side while attempting to pass it.

Both the driver and the passenger of the pick-up truck sustained non-life threatening injuries and were taken to the UW Hospital. The tractor driver, who was thrown off the vehicle, may have sustained a wrist injury and was brought to a local hospital.

Drivers are expected to obey the rules of the road for a reason. When a driver fails to ensure that his or her behavior is as safe as it can be, innocent people often suffer. These negligent drivers should be held financially accountable for their decisions, and our attorneys at Habush Habush & Rottier S.C. ® want to help victims pursue legal action for compensation.
