Terry Tadysak honored with Lifetime Achievement Award by Wisconsin Law Journal

At Habush Habush & Rottier S.C. ®, our team is proud to announce that our very own Terry Tadysak has been honored with a Lifetime Achievement Award by the Wisconsin Law Journal. As the chief investigator at our Milwaukee offices, Tadysak has not only investigated some of the most groundbreaking cases of our time, but has made recommendations to help prevent similar accidents from ever happening again.

In his nearly 40 years of service to our clients, Tadysak has gone above and beyond collecting the evidence, examining the scenes, and interviewing the witnesses necessary to build a case against manufacturers of dangerous products. Time and again, Tadysak has taken the initiative to help improve the products he investigated. As a testament to Tadysak’s fine work, fuel tanks in camp stoves have been made safer, caps on 2-liter bottles have been improved to prevent them from exploding off the bottle, and significant deign improvements have been implemented to high-chairs.

In Tadysaks’s own words, “‘Knowing that you played some role in preventing other people from being catastrophically injured—it gives you a much deeper sense of gratification.’” Our firm is proud to have Tadysak as a member of our team, and we could be no more pleased with this acknowledgment of his important body of work.
