After a hit-and-run accident occurred on December 20, Antonio Arebalo, a 46-year-old man from Racine, was charged with two counts of Operating while Intoxicated. The incident took place near Ohio Street and Washington Avenue, according to Fox 6 Now, and the victim apparently followed Arebalo to 2433 S. Green Bay Road.
According to the investigation, Arebalo drove out of his lane and collided with another vehicle. It was also reported that his license was revoked at the time of the accident. When the officers caught Arebalo, they noticed that his eyes were bloodshot and that he was slurring in his speech. The investigators also found two minor children in the rear passenger seat of Arebalo’s vehicle.
He was subjected to sobriety test, and further analysis results are pending from the Wisconsin State Lab of Hygiene.
