Posted on July 1, 2016 10:29 am under Motorcycle Accidents

On Tuesday evening,  June 28, Dane County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a single motorcycle crash at County Highway B near Hillside Road. The incident, which occurred around 6:15 p.m., left its rider dead at the scene, according to WKOW 27.

Authorities discovered that the driver of a 1992 Harley-Davidson motorcycle failed to navigate a curve while riding westbound on County Highway B. The biker departed from the road and was thrown from the motorcycle. Along with the sheriff’s deputies, the Wisconsin State Patrol, UW Med Flight, and Cambridge Fire and EMS, responded to the accident. The name of the motorcycle rider is being withheld by the Dane County Medical Examiner’s Office pending the notification of the rider’s family.

The attorneys at Habush Habush & Rottier S.C. ® know all too well what a toll traffic fatalities take on families and communities. Our sincerest apologies and condolences are with the family and friends of the biker as they mourn the loss of their loved one.
