Two people were hospitalized after a two-vehicle collision occurred around 9:15 p.m. on Tuesday, July 12 along 22nd Avenue and 89th Street in Kenosha.
According to preliminary investigations made by the Kenosha Police Department, 35-year-old Beach Park, Illinois resident Angeles Arzate was heading south along 22nd Avenue and 89th Street. Her vehicle collided with an eastward bound car driven by 19-year-old Kenosha resident Devante Davies. Both drivers incurred non-life-threatening injuries, and Davies was given a citation for failure to yield the right of way.
