Two members of the Milwaukee Police Department in Wisconsin incurred non-life-threatening injuries during a two-vehicle collision that occurred at around 10:30 p.m. on Thursday, August 4 near 35th Street and Thurston Avenue in Milwaukee.
According to preliminary investigations made by police officers, a squad car, which carried the two later-injured police officers, was on its way to a distress call to a nearby vehicular accident at 37th Street and Silver Spring Drive when a vehicle driven by a 17-year-old girl turned in front of it, causing the collision.
Both the squad car and the other vehicle were badly damaged during the crash. The occupants of the other vehicle also sustained minor injuries.
