A rollover accident involving an SUV killed a 66-year-old Monticello man Sunday, August 28 in the Town of York, Wisconsin.
Investigators said the SUV was southbound on County Road J when the tires hit the gravel shoulder during a curve, startling the driver and causing him to swerve. The SUV rolled over into a nearby ditch, landing on its tires, and ejecting the driver.
Another driver came upon the accident and rushed to help the man, calling deputies at around 9:14 p.m. The victim was the only occupant of the SUV and was found dead at the site of the crash. No factors like weather or alcohol were involved in the accident.
Our thoughts at Habush Habush & Rottier S.C. ® go out to the victim and his family. We urge all drivers to stay alert on the roads and abide all safety precautions.
