Unpaid Overtime for RV Horizons Maintenance and Rehabilitation Employees

We have filed a lawsuit on behalf of several Wisconsin RV Horizons employees who were illegally denied overtime pay.  If you worked at any RV Horizons park and were not paid overtime for hours worked over 40 per week, you may have a claim for back wages and overtime pay.  Contact the attorneys at Habush Habush & Rottier S.C. ® for a confidential and free consultation. Employers must pay all employees overtime pay for hours worked over 40 per week unless they can show that the employee falls within a particular exemption from federal wage and hour laws.  RV Horizons’ maintenance and rehabilitation employees do not qualify for any such exemption.
