Ashley M. Schutt is an attorney at Habush Habush & Rottier’s Waukesha office, where she has been representing individuals and families in personal injury matters since 2024. Her practice includes cases arising from motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and other incidents involving serious injuries.

Ashley is also involved in the legal community as a member of the Board of Directors of the Milwaukee Young Lawyers Association.
Ashley graduated cum laude from Marquette University Law School, where she served as an Associate Editor of the Marquette Law Review and received multiple CALI Excellence for the Future Awards for academic achievement. She was also a member of the Association for Women Lawyers. During law school, Ashley worked as a law clerk with Habush Habush & Rottier and interned with the Wisconsin Elections Commission.
Before attending law school, Ashley graduated summa cum laude from Creighton University with a bachelor’s degree in political science and philosophy. She was a member of the Phi Beta Kappa honor society and served as Speaker of the Creighton Student Union Board.
Outside of her legal practice, Ashley enjoys spending time with her family at their lake cabin in North Dakota.
