Tony M. Dunn is a shareholder at Habush Habush & Rottier S.C. ®, practicing at the firm’s Racine and Kenosha offices. In 2004, Mr. Dunn graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelors of Science degree having double majored in Political Science and Sociology, as well as earning a certificate in Criminal Justice. He graduated from Michigan State University’s Law School with his Juris Doctorate, where he was the recipient of the American Jurisprudence Achievement Award for State and Local Government Law. Mr. Dunn has passed both the Wisconsin and Illinois bar exams. He is admitted in Wisconsin, the U.S. District Court Eastern District of Wisconsin, and the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals. In 2015 and 2016, Attorney Dunn was named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers.
Prior to joining Habush Habush & Rottier S.C. ®, Mr. Dunn was a shareholder at a civil litigation firm, handling insurance defense, personal injury, and business litigation. Mr. Dunn has handled jury trials throughout southeastern Wisconsin; he has also argued in front of the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals. While a law student, Mr. Dunn clerked for the Honorable Wilbur W. Warren III, former Kenosha County Circuit Court Judge.
Mr. Dunn is the President-Elect of the Kenosha County Bar Association and is a member of the Racine County Bar Association, as well. He also serves on the University of Wisconsin – Parkside advisory committee for the College of Social Sciences and Professional Studies. Mr. Dunn previously served on the board for MargaretAnn’s Place. His wife, Anisa, is the Family Court Commissioner and Director of Family Court Services for Racine County. They have two young daughters. He enjoys playing hockey and traveling.
