Molly C. Lavin is a shareholder and co-managing partner of Habush Habush & Rottier’s Waukesha office, where she has practiced since 2000. A second-generation lawyer, Molly represents individuals and families in personal injury and wrongful death matters, with extensive experience handling motor vehicle accidents, nursing home injuries, premises liability, dog bites, pharmacy errors, and other cases involving serious injuries.

In 2024, Molly was part of the Habush trial team that obtained a $4 million jury verdict in a Kenosha County wrongful death case involving an 89-year-old memory care resident who died after leaving an assisted living facility unnoticed.
