Habush Habush & Rottier S.C. Announces Contribution to Newly Named Chief Justice Shirley Abrahamson Reading Room at the Wisconsin Historical Society Library
Madison, Wis. – Retired Chief Justice Shirley Abrahamson has been honored by having the Reading Room at the Wisconsin Historical Society Library named after her. This Executive Order issued by Governor Evers is an appropriate and deserved recognition of the many contributions Justice Abrahamson has made to the law and the historic significance of her being Wisconsin’s first female Justice of the Supreme Court.
Habush Habush & Rottier Law Firm is pleased to announce a $10,000 contribution to help fund the objectives set out by Governor Evers, which include both a virtual exhibit focusing on the life and contributions of Justice Abrahamson and a scholarship fund that will award, on an annual basis, worthy law students that have proven to espouse and honor her legacy.
