MILWAUKEE, July 14, 2025 – Habush Habush & Rottier S.C. is pleased to announce that Firm President Timothy Trecek has been selected to join the prestigious Inner Circle of Advocates, an invitation-only, national organization of the country’s top plaintiff attorneys.
Founded in 1972, the Inner Circle is comprised of “attorneys of exceptional qualifications who are respected among their peers and who are experienced and skillful in the handling of courtroom litigation.” Membership is determined through a rigorous evaluation of an attorney’s trial results, judicial recommendations, and peer endorsements. The organization advocates for excellence in courtroom advocacy and promotes the exchange of knowledge among the nation’s most accomplished trial lawyers.
Tim’s selection to the Inner Circle represents a career defined by extraordinary verdicts, legal expertise, and a steadfast commitment to justice. In 2020, Tim secured a $38.1 million verdict against Hyundai Motor Company in a product liability case, marking the largest single-plaintiff compensatory award in Wisconsin history. That same year, he received both the Robert L. Habush Trial Lawyer of the Year Award, his second time earning this distinction, and the Tommy Malone Outstanding Verdict Award from the Litigation Counsel of America.
This honor adds to Tim’s already distinguished list of professional accolades. He is a Certified Civil Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and holds memberships in some of the most elite trial organizations in the country, including the American College of Trial Lawyers (Fellow), the International Society of Barristers (Senior Fellow), the Summit Council, the Litigation Counsel of America, and the American Board of Trial Advocates.
Tim is the third President of Habush Habush & Rottier to be inducted into the Inner Circle of Advocates, joining the ranks of past firm leaders Bob Habush and Daniel Rottier, who were also members during their distinguished legal careers.
