In an ongoing case handled by Attorneys Chris Rogers and Susan Tyndall where an eight-year old girl tragically drowned while attending a field trip to an aquatic center, The Wisconsin Supreme Court ruled in our clients favor finding that a lawsuit brought against the city of New Berlin for its negligence in causing the young girl’s death can continue. An appellate court ruled the city was immune from such lawsuits. The case will now proceed in Waukesha County Circuit Court.
